- Hollywood entertainment executive and industry pioneer Michael Jay Solomon for more than 50 years.
- Michael has chaired major companies in the Entertainment business. He founded Telepictures with a $1M in 1978 and seven years later acquired Lorimar, then sold Lorimar/ Telepictures to Warner Bros. for $1.4 Billion and became President of WB International
- Michael has served as the Founder, President, Chairman and CEO of several of the largest US companies of television producers and syndication and international media content distribution such as United Artists, MCA (VP), Lorimar Telepictures (President) and Warner Bros. (President International).

XAVIER RITORT
Founder

-Xavier has developed different entrepreneurial activities after leaving his responsibility as private Telecoms Manager at the Olympic Committee in Barcelona in 1992 and co-founded in 1993 Doxa Consulting (TMT consultancy firm sold to Ricoh). In 2007 was engaged in different payTV opportunities in Europe and co-foinded Magine TV (OTT platform and TV service) in Sweden in 2012 leaving in 2017.
- Long-standing trajectory in the technological and business consulting space, having led and been involved in the financing of investment opportunities and in the sale of companies.

LORRAINE SPURGE
Board Advisor
- Ms. Spurge began her career in finance in the 1970s and became one of the most successful women on Wall Street. She managed the capital markets group for Drexel Burnham Lambert in the 1980s. At Drexel, she helped raise more than $200 billion for middle-market growth companies and others as MCI Communications, McCaw Cellular, Newscorp, AOL/TimeWarner, Lorimar-Telepictures, Healthrust, Charter Medical, Safeway Stores, and one of the largest financing of its time, RJR Nabisco.
- Beginning 2001 she helped build the corporate credit business for several investment management firms
- She is currently CEO of Maplestone Capital Advisors and is an active motivational speaker (KCBS morning news, CNN and CNBC) and has authored several books.

THOMAS KOCH
Board Advisor
-Thomas Koch has been head of media at GGK and Ted Bates Worldwide in Frankfurt. In 1987 he started "thomaskochmedia" (tkm) in Düsseldorf. tkm becomes the largest independent media agency in Germany.
-In 2002 Koch, as CEO, merged his agency with Starcom to form tkmStarcom (7th largest media agency in the country). In 2010 he co-founded “Plural Media Services” in Berlin. In 2019 he founded "The DOOH Consultancy" as the first consulting agency to specialize in the new trend medium of digital out-of-home.
-In 1995, Capital described Thomas Koch as “the most prominent thought leader in German advertising”. In 2004 he was part of the 15 people who have moved the European advertising industry the most - together with Maurice Levy, Rupert Murdoch and Sir Martin Sorrell. In 2008, he was voted Media Personality of the Year.

ARMANDO NUÑEZ
Board Advisor
- Armando is a CBS media veteran with a strategic and results-focused executive who oversaw a 12-fold increase in the CBS’s international revenue over 20 years, fuelling the network’s marquis franchises, including “CSI,” “NCIS,” and “Star Trek.”
- As President & Chief Executive Officer of the Global Distribution Group at CBS (2016-2019) and ViacomCBS (2019-2020), Armando was responsible for international licensing and syndication, including worldwide multiplatform distribution worth $6B a year. He build lucrative and lasting partnerships, and manage complex M&As.
- Armando is in the Executive Committee of NATPE International, the board and co-chair of the global committee, and the International Council of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS).

PEDRO FONTANA

- Pedro has an extensive professional background in C-Level positions throughout his career, from banking to Hotels-Tourism and also as COO of the Barcelona Olympic Games Organization between 1989 to1992 and Managing Director of BBVA Bank in Catalonia (Spain).
- Pedro is currently Chairman of the Board of AREAS Worldwide, one of the global leaders in Food & Beverage and travel retail with near to 2B€ revenues.

JOHN (JACK) ROOSA

- Jack Roosa is currently acting as independent consultant and he is recognised as a highly accomplished and experienced professional leveraging 40+ years of experience in business strategy, leadership and program execution, in dynamic fast-paced business environments.
- Jack has served until year 2023 as Director of Raytheon Missile and Defense, and before until 2008 as Senior Program Manager (Business Development).

Board Advisor
- Jules Haimovitz is currently President and Board member of Haimovitz Consulting, Inc.
He previously served as a member of the board of directors of Ariad Pharmaceuticals, where he was also a member of the audit committee.

- Jules also served Dial Global, Inc., where he was also a member of the audit committee; and Imclone Pharmaceuticals, where he served as chairperson of the audit committee.
